Allen was born on July 20, 1975, in Metaline Falls, WA.  He is survived by his wife, Dawn "Renee" Rose, a daughter, Tiffany Renee Rose and a son, Michael Allen Rose. 

Services will be held at Springs First Church of the Nazarene, Tuesday, March 1, 2011, at 11:00 a.m.
